Below are brief descriptions of the positions that we are looking to fill on a regular basis: The candidates will hold industry-recognised qualifications and/or have at least 3 years network and helpdesk experience. Preferable proficiency in Windows Server development systems and configuration management software. In-depth understanding of data communications and TCP/IP networking required; understanding of IP routing concepts; good grasp of Operating Systems such as Windows and Unix (Linux). Position may require some weekend and holiday work as required. Activities will include: - Testing and troubleshooting software and hardware faults; - Performing installation of equipment, operating systems, and user software; - Presenting solutions, recommendations and technical training to both external and internal individuals; - Providing ongoing technical support to customers for all IT related issues; - Preparing documentation as and when nexessary. Responsibilities will include: - Carrying out cold-calling and telemarketing activities in a professional manner. - Qualifying our database and making appointments for Senior Sales staff. - Ensuring that information added to the CRM database is accurate and complete and that existing information is maintained and updated regularly. - Providing feedback on call scripts in order to improve the effectiveness of calls and identifying sales opportunities through the implementation of these scripts. Essential requirements: - Minimum one years' experience in sales or marketing role, preferably within technical environment; - Good understanding and strong interest in IT; - Developed and diverse communication skills (both written and verbal); - Ability to articulate creative ideas; - Proven aptitude for quick creative thinking with acute attention to detail within demanding deadlines; - A solid working knowledge of MS Office and Internet applications; - Self-motivated, ambitious, enthusiastic, organized, and accountable.
